Main Features

  • The motor is a non oil immersed structure with B-level or F-level insulation (according to user requirements), good heat resistance, and long service life.
  • The motor junction box cover is sealed and uses cable stuffing boxes for incoming wires, which are firm and reliable. The electrical enclosure protection level reaches IP65.
  • The oil cylinder housing is equipped with a balance chamber on one side, which allows the thruster to be installed in any direction from 0 to 180 degrees, thereby expanding its range of use.

  • The motor shaft and push rod have undergone special surface treatment, greatly extending the lifespan of the seals.

  • Upper limit switch: It can indicate whether the pusher is turned on, whether the push rod is pushed to the specified position, and other information.
  • Lower limit switch: It can indicate whether the pusher is closed correctly, whether the push rod has returned to the specified position, and other information. The upper and lower limit switches can be set simultaneously.
  • Add a built-in spring (only for short stroke thrusters), and the spring force can be determined by the user, but it must not exceed the built-in spring force.
  • Add a heater: When the ambient temperature at the usage location is below -25 ℃, a heater can be added if needed by the user.
  • The rising and falling delay valves or rising and falling delay valves can infinitely extend the rising or falling time, with a delay range of 5 seconds to 30 seconds. The specific delay value can be adjusted according to user requirements.
