The JED energy-saving electric hydraulic thruster is designed by integrating low-power DC electromagnet technology with traditional ED electric hydraulic thruster technology. It consists of an ED thruster, DC electromagnet, and integrated controller.
It has the characteristics of rapid start-up, low temperature rise, long lifespan, energy saving, and fast reset, with a maximum energy saving rate of up to 95%.
The working principle is that after the integrated controller is powered on, it drives the impeller of the thruster motor to rotate, and the piston push rod outputs thrust under the action of pressure oil. After the push rod is pushed in place, the motor automatically delays and stops. At the same time, the electromagnet is attracted and maintains the push rod pushing length, and the thruster enters the energy-saving working state.
After the controller loses power, the electromagnet loses power, and the push rod quickly resets under external force.
