YWZ9 series electric hydraulic drum brakes are widely used in various lifting transportation, belt transportation, port loading and unloading, metallurgy and construction machinery with explosion-proof requirements to reduce speed and stop (maintenance) braking.

Características principales

• The interlocking distance equalization device and automatic tile positioning device can always maintain equal distance between the two sides of the tile without adjustment, completely avoiding the phenomenon of one side of the brake pad floating against the brake camel due to uneven distance.
• The main swing points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have high transmission efficiency and long service life, and no lubrication is required during use.
• The brake spring is arranged in the well in the square camp with a ruler, so that users can easily read out the brake torque value, eliminating the hassle of measurement and calculation.
• The brake pad is a card type integral molding structure, which is very convenient and fast to replace. There are different materials of brake pads available for users to choose from, including semi metal (asbestos free) hard and semi hard, soft (asbestos free), etc.
• All use our company’s new pusher, which has a sensitive movement and a long lifespan.

• Manual release device
• Release (open gate) or close (closed gate) limit switch to realize the signal display of whether the brake is released or closed normally.
• The automatic compensation device for braking pad wear can realize stepless automatic compensation of the tile retardation distance and braking torque when the pad wear is worn.
• The pad wear limit limit switch can realize the signal display when the brake pad wears to the limit (note: automatic compensation device must be provided during application).
• The pusher drive with a downward delay valve can achieve delayed closure of the brake.
