The electric hydraulic thruster with electric magnet maintenance function is a compact drive control device that integrates an electric motor, centrifugal pump, oil cylinder, and DC electromagnet. It is widely used as a drive device for various drum brakes and disc brakes, especially suitable for brakes that require long-term power to maintain an open state. It can also be used for drive control of various industrial valves, gates, directional swing and rotation (<90 °) devices (mechanisms), and clamping devices.

主な特徴

• The motor shaft and push rod are treated with OPO surface, greatly extending the lifespan of the seals.
• The motor is a non oil immersed structure with F-class insulation, good heat resistance, and long service life. The oil cylinder housing is equipped with a balance chamber on one side, which allows the thruster to be installed in any direction from 0 to 180 degrees, thereby expanding its range of use.
• The wiring of the thruster motor and electromagnet is led out from the junction box, which is sealed and equipped with cable stuffing boxes of corresponding specifications when in use. The electrical enclosure has a protection level of IP65.
• The shell is made of cast aluminum alloy, which is lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and designed with anti-corrosion properties. The fasteners are made of stainless steel material, which is beautiful and durable.

付属品

• Upper limit switch: can indicate whether the push rod has been pushed to the specified position and other information.
• Lower limit switch: It can indicate whether the push rod has returned to the specified position and other information, and can also set the upper and lower limit switches simultaneously.
• Add a heater: When the ambient temperature at the usage location is below -25 ℃, a heater can be added if needed by the user.
