YW-L electric hydraulic drum brake is widely used in various lifting and transportation, port loading and unloading, metallurgical equipment, mining machinery, and engineering machinery to install space limited walking mechanisms for deceleration and parking (maintenance) braking.
Compliant with standards
The connection dimensions and braking torque parameters of YW-L series brakes comply with JB/T64062006 standards and DIN15435 standards, and are matched with Ed series thrusters that comply with DIN15430 standards.
This series is mainly suitable for places with small installation space where YW, YWz9, YWZ8 and other forms cannot be arranged.
Main features
- The interlocking distance equalization device and automatic tile positioning device can always maintain equal distance between the tiles on both sides without adjustment, completely avoiding the phenomenon of one side of the brake pad floating against the brake wheel due to uneven distance.
- The main swing points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have high transmission efficiency.
- Long lifespan, no need for lubrication during use.
- The brake spring is arranged inside the square tube and equipped with a ruler, allowing users to easily read the braking torque value, eliminating the hassle of measurement and calculation.
- The brake pad is a card type integral molding structure, which is very convenient and fast to replace. It is equipped with brake pads of different materials such as semi metal (asbestos free) hard and semi hard, soft (including asbestos and asbestos free) for users to choose from.

- Manual release device
- Release (open) or close (close) limit switches can display signals indicating whether the brake is released or closed normally
- Automatic compensation device for brake pad wear, which can achieve stepless automatic compensation of pad backlash and braking torque when the pad is worn
- The wear limit switch of the brake pad can display the signal when the brake pad wear reaches the limit (note: an automatic compensation device must be equipped when applied).
- The use of a thruster with a descent delay valve can achieve delayed closure of the brake.
