The HED series electro-hydraulic thruster is a drive control device that integrates a power unit and a driving device. It outputs thrust and is a compact thruster based on high-quality hydraulic components in a highly reliable control box.

Widely used as a driving device for industrial disc and drum brakes, it can also be used for driving and controlling various industrial valves, gates, and clamping devices.

• High startup thrust and low operating noise. All components are installed internally with redundant design;
• Fast response time, automatic pressure compensation, and adjustable return speed. Integrated control box, fault indication and LED actuation data display;
• Adopting integrated design of electrical control module and hydraulic control module, compact size and light weight;
• High protection level, the overall protection level of the machine reaches IP66, with C4 level anti-corrosion design and good anti-corrosion performance;
• Adopting intermittent operation mode, low leakage hydraulic components, the motor stops running when the pressure reaches the set value and enters the pressure holding mode;

• Displacement sensor: capable of monitoring the displacement of the thruster at any position.
• Motor winding heating belt: selected for coastal humid areas.

• Environmental temperature: -20 ℃~+50 ℃
• Relative humidity: ≤ 90%
• When the ambient temperature is below -30 ℃ or above+60 ℃, special instructions are required when ordering.
• Adaptive working system: The thruster can operate according to S1 or S3 working system; There is no limit to the work cycle period; The motor operates according to the S3 working system, with no limit on the working cycle, and the continuous running time of the motor is ≤ 5s.
