概要

The YWZE series superimposed electric hydraulic drum brake is a new type of brake improved on the basis of the YW series electric hydraulic drum brake. It uses the EdE series two-step superimposed electric hydraulic pusher as the driving device.

The brake is equipped with a primary and superimposed double braking spring mechanism, and the brake is electrically controlled, generating two-stage braking torques of different sizes to act on the equipment, realizing two-step braking or superimposed braking.

Users can easily adjust the two-stage braking torque magnitude separately according to the usage requirements.

During normal operation of the equipment, use a low braking torque to avoid large impacts during braking and achieve stable and slow-down stop without shaking. When parking occurs when the equipment stops working, a large braking torque is added to the original small braking torque and acts on the brake wheel to achieve windproof or parking braking.

It solves the contradiction that the braking torque should be small during deceleration braking and the braking torque should be large during equipment operation.

• The main swing hinges of the brake frame have self-lubricating DU bushings, which have high transmission efficiency, flexible and reliable movements, long service life, and no lubrication is required during use.
• It adopts an inlaid combined plug-in brake tiles, and the brake lining block is clamped, which is easy to install and replace, and is equipped with semi-metal (no asbestos) hard or semi-hard, soft (including asbestos) and other brake lining blocks for users to choose from.
• The brake tiles are equipped with interlocking equal distance withdrawal device to ensure that the tile blocks on both sides are equal distance withdrawal; the brake tiles are equipped with automatic tile blocks in place, so that the brake pads are floating on the brake wheel without adjustment;
• It is equipped with a primary braking torque braking spring device and a superimposed braking torque braking spring device, each equipped with corresponding operating force arms to realize the functions of one brake frame and two brakes.
• The braking torque is easy to adjust, the primary braking torque and the superimposed braking torque can be adjusted separately, and the two-stage braking springs are arranged in their respective square tubes and are equipped with their own braking torque scales.
• EdE series two-step, superimposed electric hydraulic pusher, adopts a fully sealed single push rod structure, high-pressure cast aluminum alloy shell, built-in DC solenoid, non-oil-immersed motor, grade H insulation; IP65 protection grade; seals and bearings are all internationally renowned brands, with excellent performance and long service life.
