l structure and principle

When the excitation coil 3 of the SDZP disc brake is subjected to direct current, a magnetic field is generated. Due to the fact that both the electromagnet 8 and the armature 5 are made of high-purity soft magnetic materials with low magnetic resistance, a large magnetic force can be generated. According to the principle of the electromagnet, the armature 5 is attracted by the electromagnet 8, and the brake disc 7 is released; When the power is cut off, the armature presses the brake disc 7 under the thrust of spring 4, achieving braking. This model of brake is equipped with a micro switch for remote monitoring and a cam mechanism for manual brake release, making it easy to operate in practice.
