The DYT series electro-hydraulic push rod is a hydraulic drive device that integrates machinery, electricity, and fluid. It can be widely used for driving and controlling valves, gates, reversing, tilting, swinging, and other machinery in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, lifting transportation, and port loading and unloading machinery. It can replace traditional electric push rods, hydraulic cylinders (driven by hydraulic stations), and cylinders (driven and controlled by air pump stations).

Main Features

Compact structure, easy installation, small space occupation, and simple maintenance.
There is a bidirectional pressure holding self-locking device in the circuit, which can stop and lock at any position within the specified travel range, while maintaining the same output force.
When an accident occurs and the power is cut off, the push rod can automatically lock in that position to avoid accidents.
All hydraulic devices are concentrated inside the body, without external pipelines. The oil cylinder seals are made of imported branded products, with good sealing effect, no oil leakage pollution, and long service life.
The electrical control is simple, and by adding various limit switches, it is easy to achieve remote and hazardous area operation control, as well as computer (PLC) automatic control.
